The more things change....

Back in 2014, CCSD Board candidate Rick Hawley released this "fact sheet" regarding the "EWS/SWF/WRF". Since then, a period of nearly seven years, costs have ballooned to nearly $20 million. All of Mr. Hawley's "facts" remain true. No water is being produced for any purpose, and the CCSD has yet to even submit a complete permit application to the county to actually operate the facility.
